Other Pickleball Programs & Courts in Greenwich
Below is a list of Pickleball courts & programs that are NOT part of Town of Greenwich Parks and Recreation, but are located IN Greenwich. This list does not include the more exclusive private club-based pickleball programs.
Both the YWCA Greenwich and the Greenwich YMCA are now offering Pickleball. Yay!
In general, costs are higher for these alternatives to the public Parks & Recreation Pickleball programs if you are not a member of the facility.
YWCA Greenwich Pickleball Courts & Programs
YWCA Pickleball Courts
The YWCA offers both indoor and outdoor Pickleball courts, drop in sessions and clinics.
Outdoor - Two Courts: One of the two outdoor tennis courts has been lined for Pickleball and portable nets are available. The outdoor courts close for the winter and are unavailable during YWCA summer camp.
Indoor - Four Courts: The YWCA gym has been refurbished with a new, easy on the joints surface. (Only available for play during pickleball programs.) The extra interior white lines you seen in the photo accommodate badminton. The narrower white line is for singles badminton. The outside lines represent the pickleball court. Courts are very close together, with a relatively short backcourt.
YWCA Pickleball Programs - Drop in, Clinics & annual tournament
There are many indoor open Pickleball play sessions at YWCA Greenwich, accommodating various levels.
They also hold several beginner Clinics each year.

YMCA Greenwich Drop-in Pickleball & Lessons
The YMCA of Greenwich launched a Pickleball program in Fall of 2021 and it quickly took off.
They offer drop in play and lessons.
The YMCA now offers drop in beginner, Intermediate, and high intermediate/advanced sessions. The program is held in the gym on two taped-lined courts. Click on the link below for the schedule
This program is for YMCA members (free) BUT non-members can participate in a single session for $20.
